Google is facing legal action over claims that it tracked and recorded users’ locations without consent even after location-tracking has been turned off. The company is under investigation by Arizona’s attorney general, who is looking into whether the search firm deceived its users. Google could allegedly face huge fines, up to $10,000 per violation, if the claims are confirmed.
